Timothy Sadler, CEO

Tim was the founder of intraMedia, in Los Angeles, CA in 1988; when it was a software boutique focused on the entertainment industry. He has worked in radio production, music recording, film sound and software development, inside and outside the corporate world. He worked for ABC/Capital Cities as a Director of Technical Operations in the early 1990's. In 1994, Tim and Andrew founded a regional ISP in New England, which was later sold to Earthlink.

Andrew M Lee IV, CTO

Andrew's experience with Internet and related technologies began as a teenager when he created and maintained a bulletin board system using a TI 99/4A computer, 300 baud modem and his own custom software. Since then, he received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He has worked on projects in the Silicon Valley and Switzerland applying his incredible talent towards software development as well as managing IT organizations. Andrew co-founded two technology companies including a regional ISP. Andrew’s deep knowledge of software development, IT management and internet services helps assure customer projects are on schedule and within budget.

Toni A Spadafora, Project Manager/Writer/Producer

Toni has spent the last 10 years in technology management and resource development in the education sector. Before making the move to educational technology, she spent 20 years in entertainment production. Many people overlooked the connection she so clearly saw – information, entertainment, and communication were converging. An MFA from NYU combined with years of experience in both entertainment and technology represents a marriage of the visual arts, production style, and technical know how.
Rebecca Lee, Writer/Producer

Rebecca's background in classical ballet and modern dance led her to a major in Theatre Arts and a BA from Seton Hill University. She has worked in radio as a producer, announcer, copywriter, traffic reporter and created cable television and radio advertising campaigns as an award-winning ad-sales executive. She is an active, certified STOTT Pilates Instructor.
